Praba
was born on 6th March 1965 as the last child in the family of four children.
His mother Buvneswari had passed away while he was in the kinder garden. His
father, Mr. Nagalingam, has brought Praba, his brother Indran - Ravindran (London),
and his sisters Nalini(new Zealand) and Nanthini(Sri Lanka) alone.
Praba's primary and secondary school was Jaffna, St. John's, where he was a
quite and diligent student. He loved sports and took part in various inter house
sports activities. Praba has been a constant support and a source of encouragement
to his friends that excelled in any discipline. His congratulating hand was
there to greet all who played well. Praba came to the UK in 1985. He immediately
started doing an HND in Bounds Green and then followed a BSc Electrical and
Electronics degree course in the University of Middlesex. Wherever he worked,
he was recognized for his hard efficient work.
He got married to Bharathy his teenage sweetheart, on the 15th Oct 1993. They
were the most willing couple to help and entertain any individuals and families.
Entertaining others and playing a good host were his specialties. He enjoyed
cooking food and giving company to others.
He was a great admirer of everything beautiful and simple. He loved old songs,
old films and comedies. His CD rack is full of Kannathasan songs, and his video
collections are full of Leoni debates. His love of music led him to learn keyboard
at a mature age of 35. He invited his friends and relatives to the music shows
where he performed. He became a little child again. Learning, playing and showing
off, before taking the grand bow and going back to his mum.
